New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
In the junk mail today came the weekly Harbor Freight flyer. It has a coupon for the motorcycle lift table for $300.Just in case anyone is interested, check your junk mail.kjf
Which one, Item #68892 or Item #69904? As I recall one is better than the other. For $300 I'll get one for my new garage if I can find a coupon.Dean
Only difference I can tell between the two is the 98892 has the foot pump on the right and 69904 is on the left.
The one I just bought is #68892 and the pedals are on the left. I think the photos on the website are just flipped. My lift is different than the photos of either and also different than the one shown on the user's manual. Both pedals are more rearward.
Thanks Charlie, I've got a coupon for $329 couldn't find one for $300. I need to drive to Roanoke and get it and the wheel chock. Our private road down to the lake is too crooked for a big truck to use for delivery. Dean
How heavy is the unit in the box, I need to get it out of my Trooper into the garage till I assemble it. Could an old fart like me move the thing without taking it out of the box in the SUV?Dean
I unloaded mine by myself and wished I didn't. Two people it is much easier and much more safe. Charlie got lucky with the extra coupon it has been my experience there is no stacking of coupons.
Hey Dean: The coupon is for both models, I don't know which one is which. The cupon # is 45767228, for $299. It expires 05/26/15. I can send this one to you, if you can't find one. It comes assembled, but it is one heavy son of a gun.kjf
Yes send me one, mine runs out the end of this month and I could use the extra time to organize the garage after the move. Check your messages for my mailing address. Assembled? I thought it came in a box and you had to assemble itDean
Hey Dean,You boo-booed and sent the pm to me rather than Ken.Sarah
Oh, it comes in a box all right, but it's assembled. Gravity will help you get it out of the truck. ;D I used my cherry picker to hold up the high end after sliding it out and letting that end hit the floor. Then, just moved the truck out of the way and let it down with the cherry picker.Ok, now pay attention. ;DMine was missing one nut on one of the scissors. *IF* that bolt had come out in service, your bike would be laying on it's side on the floor. I looked it over, ran to Stan's and bought a nut, and lock tited all fasteners. Lubed everything. Filled and bled the cylinder, it was low on fluid and spongy. It's been trouble free since, and works well, even with a big block Guzzi on it.
I'm making a list of thing needed and to check when I get the lift. Keep the tips coming. Thanks
If I buy I'd have to store it for awhile....Anyone have the box dimensions?Thx!!Lee
Got it yesterday. Just out of the box, we are quite pleased so far other than the JUNK wheel chock. I've done some reading and seems most folks have the same impression. From what I've read, chock # 60392 is the one we want, can anyone confirm? Thanks again, everybody.Sarah
