I leave off the rear drive unit so it is lighter
I have the u-joint, drive shaft and coupler in place
I attach the boot to the tranny
I rotate the ujoint, so the input spline is pointing kinda at the right angle naturally
I jam my finger into the coupler so I can rotate the u-joint and get it to engage the output spline
I have the left side shock handy so I can hang the swingarm from it once home
Of the 4 big frame bolts (2 per side to attach lower frame rail), 1 only one per side (the rearmost), and I do not insert them beyond flush on the inside
