Dip stick on outsider

I have a quota with a Harper outsider oil pan extender, it has the stock dip stick. Where should the oil level be on the stick. Don't want to over fill, or under fill the crank case.

I would put in 3 1/2 qts, run bike and mark the stick w/grinder or file.
