Well, if you ever make it to the Yukon you can try a local delicacy, bum guts. It really is a well known food item here. It's the last few feet of the moose's intestine, before it's ahole. Washed, chopped like onion rings, fried in butter. MMMM. Personally, don't like it. Cant wait for the comments on this one. I kinda think I'm not doing much for tourism Yukon.

I'm not a nutritionist, but shell foods like lobster and shrimp are high in cholesterol. Not sure about scallops/oysters/etc. Good luck on the diet friend :)
