Color Rite Moto Guzzi V11 Sport green

Has someone tried this paint?

The original paint is pretty hard to match and I'd like to try some touch up.

Color Rite is one of the main sources for motorcycle paint.  Having said that, touching up metallic paint can me pretty tricky.  I've gotten their paint before but can't brag that I was able to work more than a small ding.

One suggestion is to check http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?act=home

IIRC someone found a body shop paint formula that added a few drops of green into metallic gold.

Just take the gas tank to a reputable autobody paint supply store and have it matched. I once bought the online stuff and the match was not very good and the paint overpriced.
