Which windshield?

I have a 2007 California Vintage, and I want a taller windshield on account of buffeting. So I am looking at Rifle or Cee Bailey, both seem similar according to their specs and pricing, and the ability to get the size you want.  Any recommendations or reasons I would avoid, other makes?  Is the stock windshield Lexan, both aftermarket are acrylic, does that make any difference?  Mostly concerned about scratches.

for buffeting I might suggest windshield vents or a Laminar Lip rather than a new windscreen.

I must make a horrid and embarrassing admission. I owned a scooter. For about a year I owned a Honda Reflex* and did some real highway miles with it. It's windshield was vented, what a wonder! That smooth running windshield was the one part of the bike that Honda got right. Yes: vent the windshield.

Wonderful but I still want a new windshield, the stocker has some cracks, so Rifle or Cee Bailey?  I am probably going with Rifle as they seem to have more specific info on what I need to fit my 07.

So I  own two scooters!  Agree vents help.  Had old Yamaha with full windjammer fairing would have been unbearable in TX heat without vents.

I had the same problem with my California Vintage...buffeting, but I went with the lower windshield. I wear a full face helmet and I don't mind the wind in my face. Better than buffeting. The lower windshield keeps the wind off my chest, which is good enough for me. Plus, it looks good on that model bike.
