Have any 90th Anniversary California owners replaced their stock windshield with a more aerodynamic one. Are any avilable out that would fit without drastic alterations?

Same as a California Vintage, so many choices available. I've added a rifle +3" standard width. It helped a bit but +5 would have been better for me though in the looks deptartment 5 would be too much and look a bit silly in my opinion.

One of the better idea's I've seen my have been from sheepdog who added Vetter pop vents to a shield to ease to pressure behind the shield.

You can achieve the same with light aircraft cockpit vents, some have also used the standard honda vent from a goldwing.
