Interesting how a simple thing like having a wife with MD after her name can also add quotation marks to an everyday word like "working" ......

Nah, I've been doing that for years and it really cheeses him that I get to work on my own schedule.

That said, her letters are "DO" for the record...

I think the color sets off all the black. But I would probably go with a brighter shade of blue for even more contrast. Hmmm, I shoulda done that when I was shopping it...oooops, next time.

I mean, if you're gonna be audacious, you might as well go for it!

Every woman get a DO after her name after she says "I do". But now it means "Honey DO his, honey DO that."

Wait till you meet her.

We are talking about the woman who decided she didn't want the fire pit on the side of the yard it was a day after I had my vasectomy, so she went out there with a shovel and a crowbar and some mortar, dug a new whole where she wanted it, broke apart the old structure, then rebuilt it in the new whole...

...she's the daughter of a 4th generation carpenter. Her dad tells stories about when she was 10 (or so) and along with her older sister (12) and younger (8, who grew up to join the Corp) helped to build their aunt her house. Some materials were being delivered to the sight and the guys were just astounded that there were 3 little girls framing and raising walls all by themselves.

I guess I'm saying, I don't generally have a honey "DO" list, unless it involves one of the vehicles. Cause if it involves a hammer, nail, saw, or paintbrush, then Jenn probably will handle it. Though I will generally be the one to grab the chainsaw in the yard (which just means she does all the heavy hauling after I cut)  :boozing:

Ah, you're a fortunate man. I really appreciate that kind of woman.

I guess the closest I ever came was one girl friend that worked on her own cars, and another that was deep into the horse world.
That's the combustion chamber of the turbo shaft. It is supposed to be on fire. You just don't usually see it but the case and fairing fell off.

Finally with the Audace they mute those ridiculous disingenuously bloated pipes on the 1400. I like that but in going to blue - which I generally like - they might have pulled that very singular color down to the chin fairing as well.

I could try adding some blue to the chin fairing.

To be honest, I hadn't noticed it and I generally don't like them, so I kinda like it in black.

I like it.  Would be cool in the metallic blue like my Sport 1100.

So the real point of this thread was not my trophy wife  :boozing: but was meant to be an exploration whether or not people agree with me that Guzzi is making a mistake not bringing the Audace and Eldo to the US in some nice colors (the blue Custom offering a convenient way to explore one that I like).

Thoughts???

Yes Guzzi is fooking up not giving us other colors for the 1400.  I like the black Eldo, (would look good next to my 72)but a blue would be really nice.

Agreed.  I really wonder about Guzzi's color choices, sometimes.

Kev,

I have to admit to admiring the blue Audace concept a lot.  You make an excellent point.  Thought about checking one out today at MPH, but the schedule did not permit.  The blue Cali is gorgeous.

Trophy wives are phenomenal...have one myself...
