Lousiana MGNOC Rally will not be rescheduled.

Just got a note from David Munnerlyn the MGNOC Louisiana Rep.  The annual LA State Rally will not be rescheduled.  :sad: Rally was cancelled this Spring due to flooding.  See ya next year.
