What happened to Lucy's Dad's oil rant??

I was enjoying the discussion but I must admit it was getting a little heated.

Rants have a half life of about a day...it evaporated.  Poodles disapprove of heated discussions.

However they heartily endorse the Whig Party in 2016.

Well, to add some political flavor, let me define a person in denial as one who wears a T shirt proclaiming:  "I kicked Santa Anna's butt at the Alamo".

While he wasn't actually poking the bear - he was handing out sticks for the event.  :boozing:

I had enough of that rant, let that bear sleep awhile and let's move on the next hated thing that needs thrashing.

Nice to meet you too.  It was a good Guzzi weekend, socializing with all the usual suspects last night then running through the E. Texas forest today on the Breva 750 with the Wildwood Squirrels Motorcycle Gang.  They're motto - "Pass the biscuits and gravy please."

Thanks for organizing the party, it was good to see some old friends and make some new ones.  The bikes that showed up were quite extraordinary as well.  Should have taken the camera.

My talent this week is laying out on the beach under an umbrella with some SPF 30 on, watching the dolphins and the pelicans, and occasionally going out into the crystal clear water and getting cool and playing around in the waves ...

Watched a 3-foot shovelhead shark go by me, down on the bottom looking for crabs ... one of those things you never notice till you're looking for them!

My daughter dated a shovel head boy. Well, he wasn't a shovel head until I caught him and my daughter in the barn.

No experience with that variety, I'm afraid.    I'll have to leave it to you and the "Blue Ointment" .....

I was introduced to them by a mutual acquaintance - a mid-night jazz DJ for a college radio station in ol' San Antone...

Suffice it to say, crude though it may be, climbing up her trellis in the wee hours only to end up a "case study" in the Special Forces Medic course that I was attending was, against all odds, worth it.

Such is the quality and effect of rides wherein the suspension is just right!
