Anybody change clutch lever on Stelvio

If so how did you get the plunger rod off the OEM lever.  I gave up before I screwed something up and could not ride.

You can heat the lever with a torch in order to break that locktite bond.  I'm running Pazzo levers now.

This. I just used my electric heat gun, heat the lever up until it's uncomfortable to hold and the set screw came right out.

Thanks, guys, I thought about using my heat gun but wanted to see if that is the proper way.  I could see some glue on the underside and scraped that off

Damn, is that what is in that small hole?   I need a spectron microscope to see in there.  Why make it so damn  difficult.

Thanks again for all the advice

Using a heat gun I was able to get the clutch lever changed out today.  Thanks for the heads up on the set screw, took that out after heating the area then was able to get the plunger out and into the new lever.  Looks great.  I also installed an aux 3 way power distribution block from Eastern beaver to run my GPS and radar detector.  I think I am through for a while with the farkles.

Installed the ECU flashed by Todd by Guzzi tech along with the PCv and AT, Mistral Carbon exhaust, Todds air filter ring and BMC air filter, highway pegs from Twisted Throttle, Givi plate adapter and cut the windshield down to the top mounting bolts ( I like wind on my bod)  The stock shield stopped the wind around the bottom of my helmet faceshield and could not get any air in the lower air vent.

Now if this damn rain would quit I would go for a ride to see how it all works
