The guy doing the safety inspection on my Breva 110 pointed something out to me that I'd never noticed.
He showed me a switch underneath the clutch lever that would allow you to start the bike in gear by pulling in the clutch. I had never noticed it or missed it, being content to fish for neutral on the rare occasions that I stalled.
The switch guts are in place and evidently work, but there is nothing attaching the clutch lever itself to the switch. Should there be some sort of toggle or sub-lever beneath the clutch lever? Am I missing something? Could it have gone missing? Can I get one? Were some bikes sold like this?
