October 21st, Australia & NZ
« on: October 04, 2015, 01:09:05 PM »
Boy, it came quick!

We have some hotels reserved, cars, and some plans made. We fly to Sydney from Frankfurt on the 21st for four fun filled weeks of Southern (hemisphere) hospitality!

We hope to meet up with a few of the listers here who have generously offered us everything from a cup of coffee to a beach house! Some people we hoped to see, we won't be able to due to the size of OZ and lack of time.

NZ looks to be a wonderful experience!

4 weeks ain't gonna be enough, but we will do the best we can.

Wow, being laid up has it's benefits sometimes !!      But you're gonna miss some of that cold/rainy weather at home.   :azn:

Hopefully Tom and Sue will be in Bungendore at the end of October which is one of the prettiest times of the year. We'll feed and house them in our miserable garret and drag 'em down to the Royal for the evening to meet the local ratbags. That'll be an eye opener!
