Been a while since logging in here !!!
The Lario hasn't given me any problems for a few years !!!!
I had the headlight and the tail light, parking light, indicator lighting switches go bad on my '87 Lario in July, didn't have time to work on the bike, until I got on vacation a few weeks ago, so I parked the Lario .
I didn't like the aftermarket combination switches, so I made up my own wiring and put three switches in a plastic project box on the right side of the fairing .
All the lights work as they should now .
So my question, I can now have both high nd low beam on at the same time, separate switches for each .
Will using both overheat the headlight assembly and damage it ????
I have a wiring harness that uses the bikes headlight circuits to operate relays and get battery direct power to the head light .
I was considering doing this for daytime use only .
Thanks for any suggestions !!
