Breva exhaust

My neighbors are complaining. For a Breva 750 with GPR tri-oval silencers, apparently it is possible to have an anterior and/or posterior db killer. It seems that my Breva has the carbon tri-oval cans with neither the anterior or posterior killers installed. What I am wondering is, if I take the real easy route and just install a posterior, how much of a difference would I hear? If I install both, do I need a special inlet pipe? will it affect performance?
Anybody know who sells them? Must be someone with some knowledge of these things.
Thanks
