Longest throttle cables for Tonti LM's 1, 2 , 3 or 1000
« on: November 22, 2015, 01:52:24 PM »
Just wondering which one of the  Tonti LM models has the longest throttle cables , that is the stock type with the tower tops. Surely someone on this forum has had or measured them . Please share if you know. Cheers

Call Curtis @ Harpers tomorrow, they have a huge selection. He'll find the one for the job.

Guzziology lists them all. Lots of variations. Cable length, cable ends, and sheath length are all factors.
If you dont have access to a copy I can email a photo of the chart.

Thanks, Matteo. got 2 editions of Guzziology here . Will look it up. Yes, you are right about the different lengths, sheath, wire and cable  ends etc. I  have  been making up my own from a cable making kit I bought about 30 years ago.Sometimes I use some OEM cables to start with, then modify/ solder ends as needed. Haven't had one fail yet. Thanks again
