When I was doing appliance repair in Sacto., Ca. (Intl. airport).   I had a single male customer who had a 4 bedroom 2 story house.   He rented 3 of the bedrooms to stewardesses!   Talk about a choice setup!    The guy had a perpetual smile on his face.
