Just put on a new pair of Speed Demons on the V7 so decided to head north to find a few curves to break them in.

The surf was up a bit today.

Like I said the surf was up and the tide was high. Wish I could have gotten a decent shot with my bike in it or had my GoPro with me. I had to dodge seaweed in the road and time the passage to miss the water coming over the road.

The road is getting higher.

Highway One does have the curves needed to break in the new tires.

Goodly surf made for a nice ride.

Watch your step, it is quite a drop down the cliff and you won't like where you land.

The road gets much higher but this was a good place to ride under and get down to beach level.

Looking North.

Looking South.

Times up, lets roll home.

Big rock out to sea putting on quite a display of water exploding over it.

Beachside residents didn't see too inclined to move much in the sun.

200 miles give or take and the temperature never got above 60 deg but that was perfect for me. Nice coffee to end the day.
Speed Demons work great on the V7, I had some Kenda K761 dual sportish tires on before and the handling is heavier as to be expected and it was a joy to ride the tight curves with the Demons on.
