 She performs as Katie Sunshine and is from Conway AR . Saw her at the Winfest a few years ago , mesmerizing .

That is precisely the word I had thought of.  I'm absolutely convinced that you could have a knock down, drag out fight on the floor of congress...then flash one of these performances on the big screen and there would be silence.
