More great shots fellas!

Certainly these are more On Road rather than Offroad Adventures...that's perfectly fine too and doesn't take away from the spirit of the trips!!!

I spy a few ADV riders here as well!!

Keep 'em coming!!  Lots of great adventures/road trips out there to share!

I think this thread is starting to tell us that Guzzi owners don't associate their bikes with 'adventure'.

What's with the THREE different mirrors?

The bike came with 2 of the CRG-type bar ends, but I found I've gone off the convex view & it's far away images, so I put the Napoleon on the left bar. Then I tried the Napoleon Barren on the right mirror hole. That's good, but not enough blind spot coverage for city traffic, so left the CRG on the right bar. then that Barren's ball started moving in the breeze, so I'm testing something better-made.

I think adventure is what you make it - and does not have to involve dirt. Last summer, over 4th of July, my family went to Mammoth Lakes, CA. I had a solo Guzzi adventure almost every morning while they were sleeping in. Other family members brought dirt bikes and we had some group adventures in the woods. A road trip with the family, the dog, the trailer, some bikes, etc. is an adventure in itself.

I don't know jack about photography, but I was so pleased with this shot, taken as we left Glacier National Park in late summer of 2011, with a cheapie Canon point and shoot.  Like someone once said, 'the best camera you own is the one you have with you.'

As with my last post in this thread, no bike photo.  Almost seemed like it would ruin the loveliness of the natural beauty of the place.  (actually, I couldn't find a good place to park and get the 1200 Sport into the shot!)

YAY for Italian Hooskvarnas!  Mine was a love-child of MV - before their ill-fated placement with evil foster parents (BMW).

Every ride on an Italian Husky is an adventure. Here's looking at the Eastern slope of the Sierra Nevadas:

Here are two from a ride to Monument Valley.

Dropped it in loose sand, and had to wait for buddies to help lift it up.  Second image, out on the Tribal Land loop in Monument Valley, AZ.

One more.  We both had larger bikes, but decided to do a Britbike ride.  Pic was taken in late spring 2006.  We'd left Las Vegas NM and were on our way toward Taos.  The 2001 and 2003 Bonnies were exceptional bikes on this trip.  Sorry NGC, but at the time, I was 4 years away from my first big block.
