This may be incorrect. I bought one of the last Tenni SE Griso's in late 2012. I sold it a few months ago. The new owner was worried about the flat tappet issue so he had a mechanic inspect the bike and reported that it was a roller tappet bike.

I have no special knowledge, I assumed that some of the late '12 GRiSOs were Tenni models. It seems most information regarding these changes is anecdotal.

You all are talking like the timeless Griso classic has cams.  I would have expected to see the nominal 1100cc motor with the traditional pushrod design.

I would have to say , that on the point of overall reliability decent performance and being the first one out ,
The 1100 Griso will be the one to have..
But then again I am biased cause I have one  :wink:

Saw a 2016 Griso at AF1 today.  Even asked to make sure it wasn't a 2015 left over.  They said it was a 2016.

There are certainly 2016 models out there but I had assumed these were old stock coming over.  I could definitely and probably am wrong. Or at least I hope so.   :thumb:

A simple look at the VIN will let you know if it's a '16, or just a salesman talking out his a$$.

Look at the tenth digit in the VIN:

F = 2015
G = 2016
