Bridges & Motos - a Pictorial
« on: February 17, 2016, 06:09:11 PM »
Something about riding over or under bridges seems to make me want to stop and take pictures - let's see some of your best bridge shots & locations:

Here's a few to start off:

Near Minturn Colorado:

2 shots Over the Snake River - Jackson Hole, Wyoming

2 near the Old part of town Columbus, Texas

Roosevelt Lake - Arizona

Great pictures once again, thanks. Daniel, where was the Norge from? Never knew you to have one. Impressions? (1st generation?)

I wonder if dams count too?  I suppose you could walk across this one:

The Robert C. Byrd Dam across the Ohio River just south of Point Pleasant, WV

joys of riding local roads in Italy.  No advance signs miles before and no sign here, just a fence across the bridge and a bit of tape.  Turn around and find another way across the river...

East Multnomah Falls viaduct (1914).

Bridge of the Gods (1926) heading to the landslide for which it is named.  It was raised 44 feet in anticipation of the closing of the Columbia by Bonneville dam.
