I've been there, too but why is a bike in the middle of MO on the Fayetteville, AR CL and why is it licensed in AR?

The seller in Malta Bend seems to be a small reseller type operation.  Lots of Craigs list ads for the same bikes.  He normally has a couple of funky cool old bikes listed.  Never met him nor know anyone who has.

I believe this is the bike that was listed in an estate sale in Blackwater MO last fall. Its been on craigslist several times since then. I know this because a friend of mine (Fellow Guzzi owner) was at the sale, but decided to pass on the bike -
