v7 Classic Engine Guard
« on: April 22, 2016, 01:10:53 PM »
Hey all , I haven't been around in a super long time, but I have a question...

My 2011 v7 Classic did have the two piece Stucchi engine guard, until I got hit by a truck. It did it's job though! I could order that one again possibly, but it's about $200. AF1 here in Austin also has the sub-$100 guzzi one piece guard. Has anyone mounted that one? Any opinions?

I have one on my 2012 V7C. THere is a link to see a install video, just remember, it is being put on backwards in the video. Just turn it around so it goes back toward the cylinders. Also the plastic piece that goes on frame at the top mount, may need a little surgery to fit properly. Some large wire cutters will make it a little easier.
