Anybody using these Breva 1100 map files to flash ECU?
« on: May 07, 2016, 11:48:54 PM »
Has anyone tried using these map files on their Breva 1100 non ABS? Does turning off lambda sensor cause a noticeable decrease in fuel economy that is too severe to live with?

2230BA10-breva 1100 converted.zip
Or
2230BA10-breva 1100 converted Lambda Off.zip

When extracted they are .bin files

These were the only 2230BA10 maps I could find for download. They were on a forum not in my native language. I was looking for the latest map to flash my ECU.

I assume they are compatible using guzzidiag writer if I wanted to flash my ECU.

even the griso 1100 default map might fit better. The files you found are compatible with guzzidiag. Even these maps are pretty old. Alternative you can look at the Beetle maps.

Bumping to track down the decent Breva 1100 (non-abs) maps.

Thanks!

Simply turning off the lambda is a terribly crude and ineffective way of doing anything. It makes them blubberingly rich most of the time.

Beetle built me a map for my 06 CalVin 1100 that functioned flawlessly in every aspect, if that's the same motor.

I believe the 2230BA10 was the last map for the Breva 1100.

I just revived the thread to find some map options for my second 06 Breva 1100 (non-abs).   I think the OP started the thread in 2016.
And as luck would have it,  I just received my Ago crossover.   :thumb:
I'm hoping the sensor comes off the old breadbox and goes onto the Ago crossover without issue.  I wish I would have ordered some extra connector gaskets while I was waiting for the shipment..  Dang.

What map will make a 1100 Breva stop pinging?  I bought mine with the factory cat, a staintune pipe without the db killer, and it pings like crazy in the heat if I'm not careful... (actually it pings a little in all temps if im not careful)

Is it possible to load guzzi diag on a chromebook? or do you need a real laptop?

I am running a 1200 map on my Breva 1100, it stopped the pinging, runs much better, mileage is a little less, but not much of difference.  haven't ridden it really hot weather yet, but it is so much better,
Mine is bone stock, a little over 50k miles.

Possibly Kawasaki part #11060-1330.

I'm hoping my originals hold together actually.
