Another ride around the block

A quick 250 miles in eastern Ontario this morning to take part in a daft compass challenge. Great ride though.

The bike rode flawlessly. No wait - I rode flawlessly, the bike performed well.

Nice!

How comfortable is the 750S on that distance?

I have been riding my V7 Sport a lot this spring but after a couple hours the bent over riding position is starting toe wear thin, the Eldo gets back on the road tomorrow after some spring maintenance, now that I can ride all day.

Well Jim, I would be lying if I were to pretend that it's my most comfortable bike. The stretch to the bars is fine, but the pretzel position stretches the muscles of my backside. I have ridden it as much as 950 kms (590 miles) in a day but I have a fairly high discomfort tolerance. Riding starts getting a bit painful after three or four hours but a couple of seconds standing up while buying fuel or taking pictures is usually enough of a change of position to give me a few extra miles.  I don't think any changes to the saddle would make and difference - it's the riding position that causes the effect.

So basically, I'm in agreement with you, but it's a punishment I'm prepared to endure.

The Eldo definitely has a more relaxed riding position. Like you, I can ride it all day with no trouble.
