Mistral's on a loop frame.
« on: August 02, 2016, 12:52:29 PM »
Anyone running Mistral's on a loop frame?
While waiting on my motor to get finished up I've got my 72 Eldo in pieces all over my garage, u-joint, transmission, & swing arm all rebuilt. C5 ignition and new scrambler cycle alternator kit ready to be installed and lastly needing some good looking exhaust that sounds nice. I bought all new exhaust from the heads back and chose Mistral since it's got the factory style cross over pipe. Just got the pipes in and wow are they ever a straight through design with a tiny little DB killer installed (doesn't look like it's much of a restriction ) this gets me to wondering if I need to change the tune on the carbs for her to run well.
Anyone running this set-up and have knowledge to share?
