That all looks right. As you said, the stock mufflers are supported further back, with no bracket on that bolt. Factory full-width nut might hit the swing arm in full droop, but there's no indication that it's ever made contact on my 850T, and it's never been apart. Maybe droop is limited by the shocks? Looks like someone has moved the linkage rod for the rear brake down toward the shaft CL to make the rear brake more progressive, probably a good idea.
