Good bones to start with.  If it has updated cylinders it's a deal.

Chrome panel is way too small, and Stevie Wonder laid the pinstripes.

I just hate when one of the most beautiful motorcycle tanks is screwed with.

I agree with you ,Cam. I have not seen anyone be able to improve on the factory pinstripes. Truly classic design that just "flows"!

That's a very late production dual disc police bike.  Came from the jack Arnold auction back in june.

Looks like it hasn't been ridden in a while as the front disc is a bit rusty - light rust that would likely clean up.

Could be a nice ride...

I'm wondering if it's the same LAPD Eldo I sold Jack? The new owner was from that area. If so, that tank looks a lot better than when I sold it to him, even with the Pepsi cola stripes.

Would this bike have chrome bores or iron liners? Pretty tempting. I wish I had room in the garage for it.

I don't know how Jack finished it. When he bought it from me, it had an Ambassador engine in it I had thrown together from parts. I later shipped him the original matching number engine (non running and incomplete) in a crate. That was in 1995, I believe, year of the WVA national rally.
