Rollerisations in Oz?

As people may be aware the importer is changing in Oz. Out go Samples, in come Peter Stephens.

Now while theoretically this shouldn't cause any problems I'll bet London to a Brick that chaos will ensue, especially with regard to stuff like warranty and rollerisation claims.

To try and pre-empt supply interruptions I've just ordered in an 'A' and a 'B' to stick on the shelf with the 'C' kit we already have. We also have all the rest of the gaskets, seals and shims etc. to be able to build kits to convert any flat tappet bike to rollers.

Not trying to spam but if people know we have stuff in stock it may well save them sitting around for months waiting for heads to be pulled out of arses.

Way to go Pete, if only more dealers would bite the bullet and stock a couple of kit's more people would be back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. It' not like they wont be needing them at some point. Still a lot of unknowing flatties out there. At the very least the importers should keep ahead of demand so they all don't need to come from Italy.

It's a lot of money to have tied up, even for the importers who are obviously getting a much better deal than retailers. For me this means I have close to $5K in what is essentially 'Dead', slow moving stock. Most places wouldn't want to carry that and I can see why.
