Need help with my suzuki.

Have a 1000cc suzuki that will only go 90mph, one cylinder seems to be missing, plugs and wires are all pretty new. Still gets 45-50 mpg though.

Get a spray bottle filled with water, spray it on each header pipe the evaporation rate will tell you if one is running cold (missing)

Define "pretty new".  Even new plugs and wires can cause problems if roughly handled during installation.   Plugs gapped correctly and insulators not cracked, plug caps tight/correct spec for application, wires tight in coils?  Try starting it in a dark grage and see if there is any arcing, battery connections tight and corrosion free etc etc etc.

That was a great engine....put 200k miles on my 1990 geo metro in 9 years. Only routine service (oil filters) and changed the timing belt and spark plugs every 80k. Summer time saw 55mph and 45mph during winter. Sold it to a guy from Russia that was going to take a 3month trip across the USA before returning home. Bet that engine went 300K.
