You know, it's largely there. One could do a decent restoration on it and not spend a fortune. I mean a complete engine, tank wheels and frame. Plus it would be fun taking it apart and getting rid of the 'custom' bits..

The 500/4 was an important model for Honda.  Not everyone wanted the big 750/4.  The factory later bumped it up to the 550 model.

 It represents the candy-cool look (think Jesus bike).  My neighbor across the street made his new 750/4 look a lot like that. Up until he got it, my Ambo would spank anything in the neighborhood.

One thing I've always said is ya gotta have style.  I don't care if it's my style or your style or flat out psycho style, anything is better than no style.  Thank dog for all the different definitions of style that make life varied and interesting.
