Yeah, I've only had this for a month, but all the plastic is off-putting. However, if you look at some of the modifications that others have done, it leaves some of the electrics exposed and they are not talking about trouble they caused.
I'm a total rookie at this, but I think that the most exposed is the RPM counter, which I could do without (although I like having it) unless it talks with the other inputs to the ECU. There's too much I don't know, but would be willing to take some risks hoping for a small downside. Like getting busted for littering in Las Vegas.
