Thank you Shaun, Tom and Nick. At this point I'm waiting for dealer to let me know when they will be able to pick the bike up.

Shaun, I didn't try to ride the bike before adjustments were performed but I tried to put bike in the neutral (engine was off, key turned on) and wasn't able to find it. After I adjusted the clutch lever the first attempt and I was in neutral and the dashboard light was on. I started the engine and noticed that when clutch lever was in disengaged position (no matter if in 1st gear or neutral) the sanding sound was generated. I reduced the clutch gap and the sanding sound is significantly less noticeable but still there. I need to play more with the gap hopefully I will be able to find a happy spot. I will let you know when the bike is back and I would love you to have a look, hopefully by then my Amazon order will arrive and we will be able to do ECU remapping.

Hi, Janusz.

The "sanding sound" is the rattling that comes from a dry-plate clutch when it is disengaged (clutch pulled in).  This is because the tension on the plates is removed, and the plates themselves are able to move slightly, causing the noise.  This is perfectly normal, and you do want to hear this noise when you pull the clutch lever in neutral.  There should be a clear difference in this sound when you disengage and engage the clutch when idling in neutral.  Once you have it adjusted so you can clearly detect this difference, try putting the bike in gear, and see where the clutch engages to the point where the bike starts moving slightly.  You should be able to determine what feels right, and make minor adjustments.
