Yes, a grand time ... less, of course, the deluge on the way down, but even that has it memories worth telling ... well, OK, if only to myself!
And, yes, I brought my phone, which doubles as my camera (as that's all I use these days).
Got back last night, and leave for Atlanta tomorrow, so my usual "too many" pix will have to wait for some down time later this week.
Bottom line, tho, is that it is hard to imagine a better site as a base for a Guzzi event than Pipestem. The facility, roads within striking distance, and other factors are all first-rate.
Oh, and tho Wayne warned me, there must not be a deer season in that part of W.V., as I saw more there in one foggy morning than in a month at my place in rural Virginia!
Kudos to the leaders/organizers, who likely had to endure the usual carping by someone who was disgruntled (tho I heard only compliments, not complaints) and "hep" from Lemuel in France.
The latter's "non-presence" and our Italian Guzzis were not the only international presence, as 20% of the attendees were from Germany and France.

Back to my list of home tasks before Kathi returns from Seattle next week and "The Reckoning."

Thanks for a great rally.
