lowering brake pedal on 2014 v7

Do you think there is any way I can make this lowered toe peg (for a griso) fit my 2014 V7 stone?
I've put a lower Corbin seat and these 2in knight design lower foot pegs:

The shift lever was easily adjusted but the rear brake pedal doesn't have enough adjustment. Do you think I can drill out my brake linkage and mount the pictured Knight design toe peg extension?
Any other ideas?
