Big shout out to ALL Guzzisti on this forum (Want Ads work!)
« on: November 12, 2016, 07:58:54 AM »
Well, after a few months, I finally found a brand new, white faced, OEM, Veglia Borletti tach for my '98 Centauro GT.

I placed a Want Ad on this forum, and received a few leads, and finally, one kind gentleman Guzzisti, (who will remain anonymous), came through.  The speedo was a bonus and both were offered to me at MORE than a fair price.

I just want to say that this global forum / network is about helping one another, especially for Guzzi parts and technical support like this, so THANK YOU to all!! :1:  :thumb:

Your post made me think back to 2010.  I asked if anyone on the forum had a center stand for a 1200 Sport they weren't going to use.  I received an answer in a matter of a few days.  "Yes!"  I guess I should have gone thru the formality of posting on the 'want ad' site, but I didn't know what I didn't know about the forum at that time.

Anyway, the WG site came through for me, too!
