Interesting detailed review of 2016 V9
« on: November 13, 2016, 07:28:14 PM »
I understand the 2017 v9s have had their foot pegs moved back some, but this is a cool read on the 2016.  In fact I just compared pics of last years vs the newer v9 and it appears the rider pegs have been moved back a good 5" perhaps more.   It says the new pegs can easily be retrofitted to last years v9.  This should be a very good revision, my only complaint when I road a Roamer was the pegs were just to far forward.

Great review and written by a rider who knows that more does not always equal better. Having gone through quite a few bikes the past few years I still think the "slowest" (1999 Bassa) is my favorite by far. Just when I was sure the 1400 Eldorado would be my next "keeper" the more I see and read about the V9s the more I like them.
