Bill's Old Bike Barn near Bloomsburg, PA -- Guzzi Content

I rode up to Bill's Bike Barn the weekend before last, but, just now got around to uploading some pics.

It is definitely worth visiting.  Definitely try to have a conversation will Bill Morris, the owner, the stories of his various acquisitions over the years are worth listening too.   He was actually a Moto Guzzi dealer in the 70's too.    He has several nice vintage Guzzis.  And, many, many other very nice examples of all different makes.

Yep.   Wicker side cars were common in the teens and 20's.

This was up there too.
Really easy to spend a full day there wandering through his collections. And when the day is done you still probably haven't seen everything.
It's a real hidden treasure.

2,100 Harley Davidson 74cid rear cylinder raw castings:

These were part of a purchase of over 6,000 castings, 2,000 front cylinders, the rest rears.   He had 2,000 front and 2,000 rear castings machined into finished parts and sold them, for what I would assume was a nice profit.

I grew up going here almost every Friday afternoon.  My father is good friends with Bill and there's quite a few small pieces and books that belong to my father on display.

We were only there for about an 1 1/2 hrs, by far, not long enough,   Damned darkness savings time.    Then, the ride home was largely into the setting sun -- brutal.   In retrospect, we should've just stayed another 1 1/2 hours, ridden to I-81 in twilight and the rest of the way in the dark -- would've been safer than being blinded by the low sun.

I was there a few years ago, it is certainly an interesting place, I was lucky enough to be with a  friend of Bill's and got to spend time and discuss motorcycles with Bill.
