Mardi Gras Krewe I Want to Join (NGC)
« on: March 31, 2017, 11:48:28 AM »
The Laissez Boys! I'm not sure I could march an entire parade route, but I could do this! Pictured is Nana's cousin Jose. The mechanical part of their rides are borrowed from those electric wheelchairs. A truck follows the krewe playing Rat Pack music throughout the parade (and picking up recliners that break down). The riders seem to gravitate to Martinis and cigars...

I'd think you have to pack a few extra batteries under those La-Z-Boys...

According to Jose, they have a mess of batteries beneath those recliners. I'm guessing that they last about as long as a golf cart would...
