It is ugly.
Ugly in a, gee that's ugly, might have to get it, way.

I remember there were some frame mounted fairings similar to this one, they had twin headlamps, a storage compartment up front.  Now you want to talk about ugly....

Looks like it would manage the wind very effectively.

That makes it pretty in my book!

Bar mounted.. makes me wonder about cross winds like a nice brisk south wind headed east on I 40 at 80 mph!

:-)
Function is the key, looks are secondary or thirdary??? I happen to like the function of the plexistarII on my T3, but it can be a bear in a certain crosswind. The work around for me is a steering dampener and a 110 front tire.

Maybe it depends on the design?   The SP-NT (1000SP) fairing was handlebar-mount, but has always been touted as one of the best fairings in motorcycling (including wind twitching).

This one here, I couldn't say .....

That almost looks like the "polizia" loop fairing, now if you want to talk FUGLY, its gotta be the "Miss Piggy" fairing for loops. I think thats the one someone was mentioning above...

You sure that isn't something stolen off the set of the first Star Wars movie?  Yeesh.  That looks as dated as...well, Mark Hamill.  Was gonna say "Carrie Fisher" but then thought too soon...oops.

The first pic I could see on my R75/5. Looks like good weather protection.

Pic 2 and 3. Not too bad if you were to fit a clear cover over that trough for the light. Otherwise pic 3 looks like your supposed to shovel with it.
