The big red tornado blob on the weather map is heading right for Brighton, mo. We have beer in the fridge upstairs, the boss says it's gonna be ok. You guys can draw straws to decide who gets my crappy old leMans motorsickles

That's a nice looking bow.  Wonder when it is going to hit STL?

Good luck-

Well, last night they forecasted the end of mankind as we know it and overall nothing much happened. This afternoont, chance of rain, probably nothing more severe than small hail. Sit down to dinner and start hearing sirens from Newton which is 10 miles away. Gets dark, heavy rain and some wind but that was it. Ah! Spring in Kansas.
BTW Dusty, is this some Indian related thing to be able to pick the only decent weather weekend of the spring for a rally?

Dusty had been rattling a bone bag for two weeks prior to CV, works every time.

Send that weather over from Kansas Glider J! The show me state can take it :boozing:

So what you're saying is turn the truck around? I was headed that way to look for LeMans parts on the ground.

Just watched a wall cloud drop a tornado 6 miles NE of us. Still running to the northeast but the rain wrapped tornado is now difficult to see, radar is tracking it.
Close enough to be interesting but I didn't have a beer to chase the silly thing. I love Kansas in the springtime!  jb

I drew a regular straw.  Lost power for 12 hours, but no damage.

Alls well that ends well.
