loop frame engine drain plug magnet

This seems a great idea too but maybe will do it over the winter , if i find a used oil pan to play with .

I thought my friend was pulling my leg when he described these "Cow Magnets"

I glued a few flat magnets to the bottom of the sump of my Eldo but i really like that idea.

I JB welded one of the cow magnets to the drain plug on my eldorado over a year ago, and its worked fine.  I think its a great/cheap addition to a non oil filter bike. On my guzzis with a filter I use a round rare earth magnet right on the filter.

Y'all are kidding, right? A drain plug with a magnet is ~10 bucks. I bill 20 times that for my time which when I'm not working is better spent  not gluing magnets to stuff.
