Rosso Puro.  Yes.  I ordered something for my V11 LeMans from them a few years ago.

They make some nice stuff !

If you are outside the EU, you're exempt from the VAT.

Email them.  They should be able to assist with getting the order done.

I tried a few months ago and had the same experience with the tax code. The web site is unfortunately poorly designed for anyone outside of Italy. I ended up going to a site that allows you to create an Italian tax code, which the web site accepted but then it failed at the next step trying to calculate shipping. It would only calculate with an Italian address and I couldn't make it work.
I sent them an email in English and "Google Translate" Italian, but they never responded.
Finally I just gave up.
I'd be very interested to hear it you have any success.

Email Filippo direct:  info@officinerossopuro.it

I bought a CARC reaction rod from them last year, entirely via email. Beautifully made piece of kit.

Yep, that's what I wanted to buy too. And that's the email address I used. No feedback unfortunately. <Shrug>

I got the Carc arm last Friday. Ordered on Saturday and had it the following Friday. Filippo was very easy to deal with, although their web-site is hard to translate.
Here are a few pics:

Was this purely an aesthetic upgrade or is there something else the new one does that the old one didn't do...weight loss or ??

It's an anodized piece of machined billet.  Sure, the OEM piece works just fine, but this one from Rosso Puro is stronger and better looking.

Obviously I'm doing something wrong! Did you order via the web site or via email?

PS: I've just wasted another hour on their website. It won't calculate shipping to any country other than Italy and I can't proceed with the checkout. Same result via PC or Smartphone so it is not the browser.

I've sent them another email. Let's see if they reply to this one

PPS: It just occurred to me that the problem may be related to the specific product I'm trying to order so I just tried to checkout with the reaction arm in a different colour. The silver version will actually allow the web shop to calculate shipping cost. It just doesn't work with the red one. Probably the weight is missing in their IT. Unfortunately I want the red one! Thanks, but that's the address I've already tried twice. I'll give it one more try.

Well it took some perseverance, but my Rossopuro reaction arm arrived today.
I ended up making a phone call and talking to Filippo directly. (The web shop will not work on this particular item).
It's a really nice piece of kit though, and I'm glad I didn't give up [emoji3]

That red matches the Wilbers shock adjustment very nicely!    Tempting piece of kit there...looks great!

No idea...I didn't buy the Carc arm, but since you're in Europe or about to land, maybe you should add some farkle to the Norgey!

I do have a Wilbers shock on my Norge with the same red knob for adjustment...but I'm adding some other items to the Scura, so no red CARC arm for me at the moment!

Hmmm. Can't say about the CARC arm, but will be there as you say in 3 days may have a look. The red knob of which you speak however, sounds like something that might fall readily to hand (so to speak) :azn:

I don't know how often Rossopuro do production runs. The black reaction arm has been out of stock for a long time and the silver sold out recently too. Lucky I wanted a red one! But I think they have only 3 red ones left so if anybody wants one you should probably be quick. Cost is €215.70 including shipping in Europe.
@Huzo. You can use me as a mailing address if you like. I'm located near Hamburg so you'll probably be passing this way.

Regarding the Wilbers, cost was around €700 but I can't remember exactly. But you can't just walk into a store and buy one. You configure it on their website (weight, riding style, luggage, even spring colour if you want) and it's built to order.

Thank you Xlratr, that's a decent offer. I think that price is a bit much for me but it's a nice gesture. Thanks. For what it's worth, I put a rubber bush in the front end of mine and it softened the lash in the drive train noticeably.
