No idea , are you sure it wasn't started there because there was no action from any of the mods or Luap . This has happened before where someone put something in the wrong place and then we got yelled at .

Possible, if so I'm blaming it on the Corona extra present during that posting experience.  :boozing:

Do you keep all your nuts, bolts, washers and screws in the same box?

This discussion surfaces every so often re breaking the board into sub categories . For those of you who don't know this , the mods and admins are all in regular communication , and let me say this , it isn't going to happen . We all spend a few hours a week keeping the board functioning as smoothly as possible , and breaking it up will only add to the work load . That , and the fact that the last poll showed overwhelmingly that the campfire structure is what members want .

BV, why don't you copy your original post and paste it into a new thread in this section? Then delete the one in the wrong place. No biggie.

Your house, your rules. And none of us has any right to demand more hours of you than you care to contribute.

I can respect your decision, but that doesn't stop me grinding my teeth every time I come here.

Members who like the lack of structure are far more likely to come here regularly and be represented in the poll.

Members who find the that lack of structure get's in the way of finding relevant information and conversations are far less likely to come here regularly and be represented in the poll.

Sill and all, WildGuzzi is an invaluable resource. I thank you all for it.

Just a little food for thought. Many here belong to other forums as well. I'll use NASIOC as an example. (Subaru Forum) Although I have an Impreza, there is relevant information that may be applicable to my car but buried under Legacy or some other place. As a result, it can easily go unnoticed. I find things helpful for my Stelvio but it was originally posted for a Griso or some other bike. For instance, the source for electronic dash repair was not under "Stelvio", but originally related to some other model that I do not own.

Generally, I look at the board and go down until I see a topic I looked at that does not have "new" beside it. I don't necessarily need to go further because I have looked at the rest, unless I want to. The fact that this board has MANY active members is testament to its structure. It is very active a lot of the time. Back to the Subaru Forum, the only reason I generally go to some other model is because someone posts an "oh by the way" comment about something.

I know, people like what they like. I'm ok with that.  :boozing:
