Set the intake and exhaust valves on the right side, and proceeded to do the same on the left, but didn't flop my measurements. I realized it doing a final check, so I didn't have to remove the valve cover to fix it. I wonder how many valves are adjusted this way?

Ha, just last week! Cept it was the 1st one to work on. Knew it as soon as I went to the intake. Sometimes more concentration is needed instead of talking to the owner. I still go around again and dbl check .  Nothing wrong w/it at all.
I find that not being buzzed works on some and having to be buzzed just to be able to work on others.

Think about it, someone has to fix all the rusty, nasty, junk out there. The dealers usually don't want to touch it.

Just remember this, LH is bigger on the LH side, RH is bigger on RH side.

I did the right side correctly, and reversed the tolerances on the left side. I did both right side (as seated in front of) valves at 6 thou.
