Does anyone have a 96 cali that could measure the rear fender strut bolt holes ?

The 2 holes where the grab rail / luggage rack bolt on , through the frame and rear fender, then from both holes down to the rear foot peg/muffler bracket holes, I want to know if they are the same as an 03 Aluminum.
