Experience with Dell'Orto Direct?

I placed an order with Dell'Orto Direct (http://www.dellortodirect.com) in Michigan nearly one month ago and have received no communication from them other than an order confirmation email. I emailed twice, no response.

Does anyone have experience with them? Should I be worried?

I ordered from them once, never again. Same experience as you, but the order did eventually arrive after a few months. There are better places to buy everything they offer.

I doubt they have any stock.  If there's anyone there, they're probably ordering out of the UK or EU.

Herdan is the place to go. In the US and plenty of stock.

Depending on what the original poster is looking for, MG Cycle has good stock, fair prices and are easy to order from. For some of the less common bits, I order from Guzzino or Eurocarb Ltd. in the UK. I find dealing with Herdan an exercise in futility...
