I don't hate it.. as compared to many "designer's visions.."  but yes, many rattle cans were harmed in this "build."

I've seen this one floating around for sale for the better part of a year - why harleyfy a goose  when the goose looks so good?  Eye of the beholder, another man's treasure, so forth I 'spose

a Vert V-9 Bobber!..............reall y. Put one inch length on the front forks. That's it you'd have it. Weighs more accelerates less, what could be better?

I would avoid any Ebay seller with that low of a feedback score. That is really bad.

pretty cool for homecooked budget restomod.. 'Convert' it to pegs & put some loopframe passenger grab handles on it, ill take it!
too bad its overpriced :-(

not everything has to be a concours resto... looks a lot more fun than a chopper or cafe version would come out. I like the khaki over olive as far as the military look goes

Wow, I know I'll be unpopular here and probably because I love Sportys, I, uh, love it.

That said the Convert tank is beautiful so I doubt I'd do that unless compelled ($?).

But I really like the look and kinda wonder what they could do with the V9 series and a tank like that. Hmmm.

I'm almost with you Kev.. if you delete all the black paint (leave parts unpainted) unwrap the headers and get a normal front fender..might need a saddle that could do more than bar hop on it.
then I could like it better than the HD Sportster I had.
