I received a mail a while back from Joe Caruso which contained information relating to the later Daytonas & Centauro engines, and the fact that some appear to have dodgy cam followers
So I was hoping that maybe some on here (particularly Pete & Paul) might have some further insight.
When going through this missive there was also mention of
OIL TYPE The owner of the bike in question stated that his bike had around 60k Kms on it and he was using 10/60, the stated spec for the earlier 4Vs AFAIK is 20/50 with the 10/60 only being required for the newer redesigned 4V CARC bikes.
I'm not wanting a war here I'm just hoping the acknowledged experts here might offer some insight
